Steve Alexander Unveils Supreme Power Website, Resource for Washington Voters

Bremerton, WA – Steve Alexander, write-in candidate for Position 4 on the Washington Supreme Court, today unveiled the Supreme Power website, available at www.judgestevealexander.com/supreme.html. The new website catalogs important Supreme Court decisions and should prove to be an invaluable resource for Washington voters. “The Supreme Power website allows voters to draw their own conclusions about these controversial cases,” Alexander said. “Did the Court overreach? You be the judge.”

Supreme Power contains summaries of cases involving key Washington State issues:

Steve Alexander filed as a write-in candidate for Supreme Court, Position 4 on October 8, 2002. He holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. He served in the 8th U.S. Army in Taegu, South Korea in 1965-66. He worked as clerk-bailiff for King County Superior Court in 1970-71, and worked for the Kitsap County Prosecutor’s office from 1971-80. From 1980-82 he served as a judge for both the Kitsap County District Court and Bremerton Municipal Court, and served as Kitsap County District Court Judge from 1983-99. He currently serves as Judge Pro Tem in Kitsap and Mason Counties. He lives with his wife, Sandra, in Bremerton. They have four children.
