Big Mother: An Unsustainable Concept

Introduction

We've come a long way since 1991 when Bush Sr. told the
Washington Post about The New World Order (NWO). Over the
past decade, the U.S. government has openly promoted and
passed legislation that furthers sustainable development.

In 2002, the global program can now be discussed as if the
NWO is, indeed, a concrete reality of the 21st century. The
U.N.'s August 2002 Earth Summit at Johannesburg was not a
sci-fi movie plot, nor was it a fictional event. They went
there to plan a course of real action for the next decade.

It is the stated advice of the U.N.'s Local Agenda 21
Programme,(introduced at Rio in 1992), that we "need" to
implement programs to balance constitutional society laws.
Legitimate constitutions that established the "Rights of
Man" are global barriers to implementing sustainable laws.

Regardless of their lack of authority over constitutional
governments created between free people, the globalists
insist that the 200 year American legacy of self-governance
is, in the face of the United Nations, an outdated concept.
In their global vision for the future, genuine constitutions
must be modified under the authority of "sustainability."

Sustainable development is a socialist theory that ties
economic justice to "planned" development of all land and
resources. Free enterprise between American citizens, and
their government created to protect free enterprise, are now
considered a selfish and immature ideology.

Since the Rio Earth Summit in 1992 called for all nations to
begin a local program to implement sustainable development,
every inch of U.S. soil has been regulated by a new "plan".

Individual Property Rights, as established under the Fifth
Amendment to the United States Constitution, no longer exist
under sustainable development guidelines. American privacy
rights have also disappeared under the guise of rebuilding
sustainable, livable, and safe communities.

To the global proponents of sustainable development, our
binding contractual agreement between a bunch of free people
with unalienable rights (who created their government to
work for them, not OVER them), is merely a breakable barrier
to their NWO vision of global "equality and justice."

Our U.S. government assures us their main goal remains to
"preserve" our U.S. independence from aristocratic global
parasites. (Remember the British had a global empire?) Yet,
as official records show, we are none the less experiencing
a major shift from traditional American politics to a new
globalist interpretation of "government by the people."

It's described by globalist scholars as the optimal "Third
Way" government. The Third Way was introduced prior to 1992
by Clinton and Gore, as a "solution" to the "conflict" in
social ideology identifying the superficial differences of
opinions between the political "far left and far right."

Every new land-management/rebuilding communities plan across the U.S. is based on Third Way "thinking." Our government is very busy "rebuilding" America, from the ground up. NWO Sustainable Development (S.D.) "laws" assumed control over all our land, and they "need" a way to direct and manage all the resources living on their new land, including us humans.

All U.S. national, state, county, and municipal laws that
protect individual rights to property and privacy are being
balanced against the "needs" of the NWO. The NWO "needs" to save Mother Earth for future generations, make everybody
safe, ensure clean homes and jobs, and eradicate poverty.

Today, many new bills and initiatives are being pushed that
will build Communities of Character, using S.D. "laws" to
build "faith-based partnerships," the same way the NWO
government already builds "private-public partnerships" with
globally funded corporations and environmental extremists.

Appointed "councils" direct and manage ALL our affairs, and
our constitutional liberty is the real target of massive and
well funded "campaigns" against objects and ghosts.

Since the 9/11 U.S. massacres, we now have a "new" White
House appointed task-force-governing-council, whose goal is
to convince our Congress to "legalize" the thousands of
Neighborhood Spy Networks that already exist in every city.
Ironically, in the U.S., federal "cops" have been enlisting,
funding, training, and mobilizing our "average" citizens as
"volunteers" to help "rebuild communities" since early 1995.

Now, all the neighborhood "watch" data that was gathered and
input into maps (Geographical Information Systems) throughout
the 1990's, comes under the "authority" of the new Office of
Homeland Security, the U.S. Army Northern Command, and F.E.M.A.

Right now, our Congress is being asked to repeal the Posse
Comititus Act of 1874, so NWO sustainable development laws
can be enforced against civillians by the U.S. military, the
CIA, the NSA, the DEA, and the IRS, working closely in cute
little "partnerships" with the community, to improve "security."
They adamantly insist it's ALL about making us "safer."

The FBI and the CIA began working with the U.S. military in
1999, sharing "technology and equipment." All those tanks
and guns, "left over from the Cold War," were passed out to
local police stations nationwide. Federal cops masquerading
as Andy Griffith have been setting up a database of all our
private information since 1997. HUD designed the software.

All U.S. government S.D. agencies insist "partnerships" must
be allowed in the new millenium. But our local government
never informs the public about how partnerships are designed
to "strengthen the implementation of Local Agenda 21."

Safer, livable neighborhoods, eradicating poverty, and
saving our health and the environment are all lofty and
admirable goals. I do not disagree with their "visions." But
I do most vehemently disagree with the supporting tactics
the NWO "needs" to achieve a utopian vision of "peace."

Therefore, the purpose of my book is to contest three of the
dominant concepts that sustain the Bush/Blair Third Way NWO.

The three concepts are:

1. Communitarianism: The Global Philosophy
2. Sustainable Development: The Global Authority
3. Community Mapping: The Global Enforcement

If you are unfamiliar with this emerging global enforcement
agenda, I will attempt to explain what's happened to America
under the new legal system. If you've already been targeted
and need to defend yourself against the new NWO laws, this
book may help. If you are one of the many Americans who
insist "nothing bad can ever happen here," perhaps this book
will awaken you to the possibilities.

The New American Government

In addition to the power structure behind the NWO, I have
included the NWO's two "new" branches of government to the
four real branches recognised by us and our constitutions.

The NWO recognises six levels of "participatory democracy":

1. The International Government (U.N.) - appointed *new!*
2. The National Government (U.S.A.) - elected
3. The State Government (WA State) - elected
4. The County Government (King County) - elected
5. The City Government (Seattle) - elected
6. The Community Government (NWO) - appointed *new!*

The judicial branches of our U.S. government aren't included
because policies and regulations that come down from Level 1
and are enforced at Level 6, supercede constitutional law.
The NWO promotes social equity. It requires a balancing of
our constitution against their more just laws. Laws enforced
at Level 6 don't have anything to do with our constitution.

Levels 2 through 5 are familiar enough to Americans, because
these are our legitimately elected public representatives.
Inside every legitimate government body are regulations that
control each of their actions. The 1789 American system of
government is based upon the right of the people to directly
control the federal body that governs the individual states.

When only the four legitimate bodies are in operation, our
citizens have several avenues to address their government.
They have clear paths that allow them to ask questions, get
answers, and the option to suggest and vote for changes.

With the addition of Levels 1 and 6, Americans who question
the authority of these new community governing councils are
sent down a dead end path. According to our new community
global government, the U.S. Constitution is for bad people.

Every major change to the former United States system of
government was created at Level 1. Final enforcement of the
Level 1 program is happening at Level 6.

The reason the NWO now calls it community government is
because new global laws rule every facet of our lives,
whether we live in urban centers, suburbs, small towns, or
on rural farmland and wilderness. Every corner of our great
country has a rebuilding community plan, a "new" plan that
describes their "local" communitarian vision for the future.

All Level 1 programs are "creating community government." Do
not be misled by the term community because you think you
know what it means. To most people, it has a nice ring to
it, sounds like a good thing. And, in and of itself, there's
nothing wrong with building a "strong community." But since
the program to "rebuild" community comes from the NWO, we
can assume the word has a entirely different meaning for the
big money people planning it, up there at Level 1.

When local people talk about building community, they are
actually talking about getting involved with their neighbors
and thinking about ways to contribute to people's lives in a
positive way. This whole campaign to "harness" Americans is
very convincing, and not only a few Americans have fallen
for the utopian community concept, hook, line, and sinker.

It is not until an American tries to exercise their rights
under the constitution that they get a tiny glimpse into
exactly whom, and what, a "community government" represents.

The concept of community government is "not to be confused
with local governments," writes Dr. Amitai Etzioni, the
Fabian founder of the communitarian movement in America.
Etzioni's work with the Department of Education toward
building a "new communitarian vision for our country" was
applauded byPresident Clinton in 1994. Etzioni's books that
teach us how to build more responsive, more democratic than
democracy communities, cover every aspect of American life.

Everyone in America is being retrained to think from the
communitarian perspective. From grade school to law school
our training curriculum "helps" us to think as members of a
moral community. We are taught to put a greater value on the
"needs" of the community. Our teachers deny the American
government is required by law to protect individual rights.

As of this writing, there are hundreds of programs and
policies underway across America designed to build and
create community. Every one of the community teacher's
"tools" comes from the highly organized and well funded
international network of communitarian "scholars."

This book is designed to help level the playing field; it's
my contribution to our defense against the globalists' game.

Summary of Each Section

Part One: Communitarianism, will explore this philosophy in
depth. Understanding communitarian thinking will give the
reader a better overall comprehension of the rest of the
programs introduced in "Big Mother." It is the communitarian
dialectic that supports and sustains all NWO programmes. I
have also created a communitarian dictionary of the new NWO
terms used inside sustainable development action plans. We
cannot continue to ignore the premise behind double-tongued
terms that help the NWO "balance" the U.S. Bill of Rights.

Part Two: Sustainable Development, will barely explore the
formidable array of policy "suggestions" that established
the "urgent need" for all the changes to our American form
of government. Sustainable development is a United Nations
theory that ties social justice to economic development. The
NWO uses locally appointed councils who ensure sustainable
NWO laws prevail over bad-nationalist legal precedents. I
include both U.N. and U.S. official documents about Local
Agenda 21 plans to rebuild America, and current opposition
papers relying mainly on U.S. constitutional approaches.

Part Three: Community Mapping, will thoroughly explore why
the NWO needs new community cops to "help" everyone on the
planet. There are so many innovative ways the NWO uses to
manipulate us into believing their cops are like our "Big
Mother." A major portion of the NWO agenda is mapping the
entire globe, including humans, and analysing us to see if
we "meet the needs of future generations." This book will
also explore a few U.S. laws and codes that make this whole
global mapping agenda look like one hell of a lawsuit.
