A Sacramento-based legal group has the California Coastal Commission in its crosshairs.

The Pacific Legal Foundation announced Wednesday the Coastal Land Rights Project intended to help coastal landowners complain about Coastal Commission regulation on the group's new Web site, www.coastalhorrors.org.

In addition to giving people a forum to complain about the commission, the foundation is also vowing to monitor the commission's public hearings and, if necessary, sue the commission over what it perceives as unreasonable conditions put on those who wish to develop coastal property
