(Sequim, WA) – Officials with King’s Way Foursquare Church haven’t said yet what they plan to do after a judge tossed their appeal of a county decision limiting a church camp proposal in Carlsborg.

A Mason County judge threw out the suit that claimed Clallam County commissioners and a hearing examiner didn’t apply the law right when they put conditions on the camp proposal.

Those conditions would have cut the number of cabins, set a curfew, prohibited RV parking and limit the number of campers.

The suit also claims the county decision violates their constitutional rights. King’s Way Reverend Mike Van Proyen has declined to comment on the case this week. The case could be appealed to the federal courts.
