Sequim approves another subdivision

Sequim, WA - 5/5/05 - Another week, another housing subdivision approved for the City of Sequim as the city continues to experience a remarkable boom in commercial and residential development.

Wednesday morning, the Sequim city council gave its approval to the final plat for the Meadowbrook Subdivision, a project to be located in the southwest corner of the city. The subdivision would place just over 43-new homes on lots located roughly between 7th Avenue and River Road. The approval continues a string of subdivision projects to get approval from the city council since the first of the year.
