(Port Angeles, WA - 9/20/01) -- Work is underway to complete a section of the Olympic Discovery Trail between the Rayonier Pulp Mill Site and Morse Creek. Rich James of the County Road Department says crews progressing on the trail that will eventually connect into the Port Angeles Waterfront Trail. James says if the good weather holds the new trail section could be completed in October. City officials are working with Rayonier now to come up with an easement agreement to across the former pulp mill property, connecting the Port Angeles Waterfront Trail with the Olympic Discovery Trail. James says it would be next year at the earliest before the two trails would be linked up. In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, any
